“I’ve dropped a dress size without watching my diet, and my arms and abs have nice definition that they never had before.”

In the beginning Tal provided an exercise program based on where I was and what I was hoping to accomplish.  We’ve worked together two years, but her program has never become static; she adds new things as I can handle them or makes small changes depending on what my body is capable of each time we meet.

I have realized that I will have to actively work on flexibility, balance, strength and cardio training all the rest of my life if I want to be healthy in my old age.  I’ve dropped a dress size without watching my diet, and my arms and abs have nice definition that they never had before.

I love being scheduled to come twice a week so I don’t have to think about it.  Some days I am inwardly focused and do the exercises in a meditative zone that is very freeing.  Other times it’s more like I am goofing around with a good friend.  Either way, I’m always glad to check in with Tal, find out a bit about how her life is going and share tidbits of my goings-on – as you would with any friend; then we get to work!
